Cornish Pork Belly Joint Boned and Rolled

Description
This joint is hand prepared by our in house butchers using meat sourced from less than 15 mins away from us in Redruth. The beef is both Cornish bred and reared and makes for a fantastic tasting roasting joint.
Sold by the kilogram (2.2lb), each kilogram is enough meat for approximately four people. Select the weight you would like and our butchers will carefully prepare your joint to order, just for you.
