This steak is hand prepared by our in house butchers using meat sourced from less than 15 mins away from us in Redruth. The beef is both Cornish bred and reared and makes for a fantastically delicious fillet steak.

One of the most prized cuts of beef available, this tender steak comes from the centre of the sirloin along the back of the cow.

Each steak is approximately 8oz. Sold individually and vacuum packed with no added water or any other ingredients for maximum freshness.
