Subscribe and Save Terms and Conditions
By agreeing to these terms and conditions you "the customer" agree to us/we "The Grow Box" to automatically charge your credit/debit card at the interval specified by you upon checkout for your agreed subscription products.
Automatic renewal and billing
We will automatically renew your subscription subject to the specified renewal period set by you upon your first order and debit your card a minimum of 12 hours prior to your delivery date and time.
We will deliver your order on the same day and time on each renewal period unless otherwise amended by you.
Cancellations and amendments
There is no minimum subscription period, however subscriptions must be cancelled with at least 24 hours notice before it is due to be delivered or collected. This can be done by logging into your customer portal, by emailing email@example.com or by telephoning us on 01209 242010. Items cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are still chargeable and no refunds will be given.
You can also amend your subscription renewal period and products contained therein in the same manner.
From time to time we may need to change our prices due to seasonal variations of produce. You will be notified by email in advance of any increase in price changes prior to being billed for your subscription.
